Welcome and thank you for considering Pura Vida Tequila to sponsor your event. We gladly consider all sponsorship requests for events such as: concerts, charity celebrations, grand openings, expos / conventions, sporting events, art & music festivals, etc.

Due to the popularity of our exciting craft brand, Pura Vida Tequila receives numerous daily requests and thanks you for your patronage! Unfortunately, we are unable to donate product for all events. To enable us to sponsor more events, we have created the following 50/50 Program:

Once your event has been approved, and amount of product needed has been calculated (see below example); you will then purchase the entirety of your donation requirements locally, at which time we will reimburse you 50% of the cost (with proof of purchase) via wire transfer or check, whichever is most convenient for you/your organization.

Pura Vida in Your Area: Please visit our website (www.Puravida.mx) and click the “Distribution” button to locate product near you. Should your event be in an area where Pura Vida is not readily available, please contact us for a recommended online retailer who will ship directly to you.

Calculating Product needed:
[X (number of guests) ÷ 2] x [Y (hours of event) x 1.5] = Z approximate number of drinks

(Z ÷ 16) = PV (approximate number of Pura Vida bottles required to serve your guests) *

*Estimate based on average 750ml (25.36oz) bottle of Pura Vida used to make 16, 1.5oz, cocktails or shots, with a little remaining to account for spillage.

EXAMPLE: Consider your event may have beer, wine, vodka, and tequila. You are expecting 100 guests and assume 50% will have about 3 margaritas over the course of the 3 hours.

100 guests ÷ 2 = 50 guests. 2hours x 1.5 drinks per hour = 3 drinks per guest. 50 x 3 = 150 drinks total
150 drinks ÷ 16 approximate drinks per bottle = 9.38 (about 9 bottles or 1.5 cases of Pura Vida)
